Nice and friendly staff. We were offered drinks and were treated very well. We were given an opportunity to test mattresses on the machine.

On entering the store we was given a couple of seconds then we was approached with a smile and a friendly can I help we went on the special mattress was offered a drink went through the result of the prediction mattress explaining as we went along but also giving us time to discuss in private how the mattress felt very happy with the customer service of Gemma in placing the order was offered another drink very attentive without beening pushy THANK YOU GEMMA

The assistant Pete, was very knowledgeable about the product and answered our questions with no problems. He was also very patient and made sure we was comfortable. Offered us bottles of water on a pretty warm day. Overall an excellent customer experience.
