Pete who assisted us was very knowledgeable & friendly. He took us through the sleep technology & showed us what the best options were based on our needs & budget. Attentive service

Over the last couple of visits to the dreams store everyone was very friendly and helpful in giving advise and time not making us feel pushed into buying just giving us all the facts. When we went in to buy the lady who saw to us was very friendly and chatty explained why she couldn't order us the bed frame as it had to be online but could do the mattress and even sorted out a deal with pillows for us.

From the moment we entered the store Pete welcomed us and without being pushy explained a range of budgets to us. He firstly proceeded to explain the mattress selection machine prior to us choosing the right mattresses. Pete was extremely understanding of our needs and even went one step further in making a bed up for us. During the purchase he explained the bedding products that were in the sale which decided to purchase also. A very nice genuine lad that it was our pleasure to meet.

Pete the sales person was friendly and experienced in his job,not to pushy but aware of budget, very helpful and explained all about our purchases, Shown us all the bed machine that monitors comfort, He listened to our problems about mattress’s and found us the right bed,

Assistant, Sam, was extremely helpful and patient. He explained everything he was asked clearly and simply. He was very polite, understanding and friendly and could not be faulted in any way at all. He made this visit and purchase a very pleasant experience and was thanked most sincerely
