Sam was fabulous looking after us, and knew his knowledge of beds etc... Very chatty but no pressure :)

You had the bedframe on display that I had seen on your website - just like the picture. The assistant helped me to choose a suitable mattress. He was pleasant and helpful.

Great customer service from Pete and all the other staff. We were offered drinks which my wife and daughter enjoyed. He explained all the products and gave his advice.

Eve was very helpful and when she listened to what we were looking for she put us on a bed simulator to assess which mattresses would suit our sleeping pattern. She was also very helpful in showing us what mattresses were around. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and quirky.

Eve was our advisor and she really looked after us, offering the correct level of service that was tailored to our needs and really understood what we were after. I must say, had it not been for the kind, friendly and knowledgable service from Eve we may have walked out of the store empty handed. We got such a great deal, and not only did we purchase a Mattress, we got quite a few other accessories too. Me and my Wife can't praise Eve enough and how she represents Dreams. Thanks
