Helpful staff, not too pushy, very knowledgeable, process was easy. Wide range of beds and mattresses to choose from. Gemma understood our needs and made the process a 'dream'

Gemma did a great job

Greeted as soon as I walked in the store by Pete, who was extremely helpful but not over eager. From there we spoke of what I was looking for, he took me over to the new tech you had in store - the mattress etc. that finds the right bed for you. Afterwards we spoke in more length about the different beds in the range suggested to me. Pete couldn't have been more helpful in finding one that met my needs but was within budget, perfect!

From the moment we walked in Samuel was very friendly,helpful, asked us our requirements, offered as a hot chocolate, was quick to arrange prices and did a very good deal, helped us through without our in decision on which mattress would be more suitable for our needs, and even put a better pillow under our the heads while we were sampling the mattresses, ( we bought the pillow as well ) Overall excellent service very happy

Sheraz our assistant was very helpful, not pushy and very informative.

I shopped at Middlebrook in Bolton. Eve was the assistant that helped me. She was so lovely, so genuine and made my experience great. She not only sold me the bed I needed but helped me with any extras I may need for my children (waterproof mattress covers etc) I would also like to mention that all the staff during my visit were equally nice and I would happily buy again from the store.

We came into the store and was greeted by a salesperson very quickly who retrieved our details from a previous sale and helped us choose a mattress based on our previous purchase.

Pete was excellent, very informative and very friendly. An asset to the company!
