Gemma was amazing in helping us find the perfect bed

Visited other stores, but at dreams the sale staff were excellent and very knowledgeable about their products and the needs of their customers. The staff allowed time to leave store to be able to discuss decision without being pushy.

Sam was very helpful. As soon as we came into the store he was attentive and very polite. We even had a little trip into the warehouse to see the product we were buying. Sam made sure we had tea and coffee and even sourced us a free pair of pillows for spending so much money in store. Such a wonderful young man I think there should be more people like Sam in the world. Keep it up and thank you for your help #cantwaitformynewbed #newbedday

The store experience was very good, the assistant pleasant and knowledgeable. The advice from in store technology and the assistant was very impressive and answered all our questions and any doubts we presented. We will be happy to comment further when we receive and use the mattress, so watch this space.

as soon as i walked into the store i was greeted by a member of staff straight away the gentleman was called pete who was so helpfull with everything i was looking for we had the experience of lying down on a mattress to see which was best for our needs it was a great machine we then chose our bed and was given a lovely cup of tea whilst dealing with paper work all of which was done in a very polite and professional way i was extremely happy

Me and my partner had both considered a new bed but hadn't discussed it, we were walking towards Laura Ashley and Debs mentioned looking at new beds, I agreed as it will help my back pain, we found a bed we liked which was a good start, had no idea about mattresses but Sheraz was brilliant in helping us choose what was suitable for us, it seems a large expense but if it lasts 10-15 years its worth every penny hopefully and the 0% interest offered helps also. Overall a very easy and enjoyable experience, thank you

I was given to browse on my own, no pushy sales representative, when I did need the help of the sales representative he approached us in a helpful manner, he asked us some questions of what we were looking for and quickly to us to the mattresses he thought would be suitto our needs, he was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products Dreams had to offer and he let us take our time in making the right choice for us.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The gentleman who assisted me was very professional. He listened to what I was looking for and took me round the store to selected mattresses which he thought would suit my needs. I was then left alone to try the mattresses in my own time. We then talked through my thoughts and prices I then left the store to have a coffee and think before returning and making, what I hope to be, the right purchase.

Our Sales Advisor 'Inny' at Middlebrook Bolton Dreams was very welcoming as soon as we walked through the doors. He could see that we were interested in TV beds from the start so provided us with some really good advice with regards to deals on at the moment. He then asked if we would like to have a better idea of the kind of mattress we needed so had us use the Sleep Analysis machine. He offered us coffee and water and then after the analysis, took us around the showroom and matched us with our perfect mattress. We then decided we needed a little time to think about the purchase and he was very understanding and did not pressurise us into the sale at all. One of the main reasons we decided to buy from Dreams was not only the really good price of the bed and mattress but the great service we received from Inny, he was very friendly and approachable and a credit to the store.
