Pete the Assistant manager and Tony the manager were patient and understanding of my needs due to my medical condition. I would recommend any of the staff members at this store. It’s not just about choosing a mattress and paying for it with me as the customer service is also very important and that’s exactly what you get at Dreams, Middlebrook, Horwich.

staff were attentive but left us alone when we wanted time for a private discussion regarding our choice. tea and coffee offered while the purchase was going through. staff very understanding of my disabled mums needs. unrushed to make our final decision.

The assistant was very patient with my mother's special need requirements and gave her reassurance that the mattress could be replaced if she didn't find it comfortable
