Sam who served us at the Reebok Bolton was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to do business with and we would highly recommend both him and the store. If delivery and set up of the product is as good as the customer service we will be highly delighted.

Tony and Sam were fantastic at Dreams (Middlebrook). Tony, the manager, took time to listen to us and our needs and his manner and communication was fantastic with us. Sam was extremely knowledgeable regarding the products we chose which gave us confidence in what we were buying.

Staff member SAF was excellent. Went through all the technology of the beds we seeked. He left us on several occasions to try out the beds without interference then added his knowledge when necessary. From this we were able to choose the right bed for myself and my wife. my husband and I visited the store and was highly satisfied with the service we received. We found the member of staff related to our needs and what we required to have a good nights sleep without being over bearing and a pushy salesman. He listened and sought products to suit our requirements and ultimately gave us the space and opportunity to choose the mattress. He was more than happy to sale us the cheaper mattress that we were first interested in and partly due to this we ended up purchasing a higher priced mattress and also some complimenting products. He was very knowledgeable about the products sold in store. We have purchased many mattresses over the years and he made the usually disappointing shopping experience a positive and pleasurable experience. Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I was greeted in the store and offered refreshments. I was offered all the assisstance I required to find the perfect bed and mattress. I tried the sleepmatch and was able to find suitable mattresses and try them with pillows offered. Eve and her collegues were excellent
