Eve was particularly attentive and very welcoming. I really felt like my needs were the very most important thing to her. And she was very funny!

We came to the store with the intent to buy a new mattress for no more than £500. We were taken aback with how much the store had changed since our last visit, which was over 5 years ago. Pete welcomed us almost immediately, and once he knew our situation and what we were looking for, he showed us to the demo bed/scanner to determine which mattress would be best suited. He asked all the relevant questions, was very attentive and understanding and willing to do all he could to find us the best possible deal. He was also patient, which was a bonus for me, as I have a medical issue with my back and was willing to ensure I was able to try my chosen mattress on a bed at the correct height. Overall, he was a wonderful person to deal with.

Sam who served us was very friendly and approachable. He didn't make us feel pressured into anything, like what a lot of the stores do. Sam was very knowledgeable in what he was selling and he is a true asset to Dreams.

We visited the store on a quiet day as this is better for my wife who has a long-term medical condition. Saf was there when we had questions but also respected that we needed some time to discuss the purchase.

Overall I was extremally happy with the service I was provided with when visiting the Dreams Bolton store, the member of staff in which I dealt with was highly professional with excellent knowledge of all the products in which I questioned him about. I was offered refreshments whilst browsing the store which I thought was a nice touch and was offered different pillows in which to try. What I really liked was the new piece of equipment that tailors your needs and assess' each person individually, providing you with details of the most suitable bed in which you would need.

Saf was extremely helpful. First he took us to the mattress matcher and that helped us to know which mattress was best for us. We felt under no pressure that we had to purchase a bed because of this help, although we did decide to of our own choice. Then throughout the buying process everything was properly explained and layed out so that we knew exactly what was happening . Truly excellent service.
