FROM ENTERING THE STORE WITH MY FAMILY WE WERE TAKEN CARE OFF, WE WERE OFFERED DRINKS AND WE WERE A LARGE GROUP, GREETED WITH A SMILE WHAT REALLY STUCK WITH ME AS HOW THEY DIDN'T MIND THE KINDS RUNNING AROUND IN THE STORE. WE USED THE BED THAT COULD RECOMMEND A MATTRESS FOR US AND WE RECEIVED PILLOWS WITH OUR ORDER AS WELL. SAM AND THE STORE MANAGER TONY WAS AWESOME, HAVEN'T RECEIVED THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE IN A VERY LONG TIME.

We experienced great service from Sam he was really attentive and really understood what we were looking for and our budget. It felt like a really personal level of service and we’re really happy with the mattress we’ve bought.

We where greeted on arrival into the middlebrook store by Sheraz who listened to our needs and quickly found a bed that matched . He also let us know about other items that would go with our bed base Headboards and maters and also asked if we needed any thing for other rooms and let us know about offers on in store. He proccesed our order quickly and offered delivery dates to suit our needs . All in all a great service , look forward to receiving our purchase and hope it's as good as our visit to your store .

Pete, our assistant, was very patient and knowledgeable. We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of technology that went into the recommended choice of mattress.

The in-store colleague immediately understood what we were looking for and showed the choice of beds available within our search criteria. We left the store to compare with other stores/prices and returned to make our purchase.

Very clean and bright store. Assistant (Sam) very welcoming and informative. He didn't mind repeating himself a few times for us old folk. Explained all about benefits of new mattress and pillows etc. Had a very good cup of coffee. Overall very pleasant experience.
