Assistant was very friendly and listened to our needs (as I am disabled so had to be quite specific with requirements). had already viewed a few mattresses in other shops, and assistant was knowledgeable about them.

Went into Dreams to get an idea on a matress for out new house. But with the help and knowledge of the staff we were able to find a matress that suited both of us and within budget

Shiraz was attentive and friendly, I knew what I was looking for when I walked in but he helped find the mattress that was right for me. I told he I wanted to shop around first which he had no problem with but soon came back to purchase the bed.

He knew lots about the bed, was very helpful, explained about the offers and the different types of mattress'. We were given a great offer on building the bed and buying pillows.
