Staff very helpful and friendly

We were welcomed and taken on a introductory tour of the store and the products which was informative and interesting. After the initial meeting we were asked for our specific requirements and offered complimentary drinks. A Tempur pillow was placed under my head by Sam whilst I reclined on a Tempur mattress. The operation of the mattress and pillow were explained by Sam. Next I was introduced to the Sleepmatch. This is a brilliant inovative way to match the customer with a bed of their dreams. We were treated at all times by Sam with patience and courtesy who listened to our requirements and provided a detailed explanation of costs and services which are available to us. Finally we like to draw your attention to the ease of purchase and date and time of delivery. One last point is the simple way Dreams have to remove the old bed and mattress.

There were a good variety of beds to choose from. Peter, the salesman was very knowledgeable. We appreciated his sales technique, he wasn’t pushy, had a very friendly manner, provided assistance when we needed it and when he thought we needed it. He made us feel very comfortable and not under pressure at any time which we prefer of course.

When we entered the store we liked the fact we were given time to browse but then an assistant was readily available to help us with our needs.he then gave us information for us to go away and discuss before returning to purchase our item.

Dreams colleague Eve was warm and friendly and had excellent product knowledge. We had seen a similar mattress at a competitors earlier in the day and she was able to guide us towards a better mattress at a similar price with some great value extras thrown in.
