From the moment we entered the store Pete was highly attentive without being pushy. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the products that he showed us and understood our needs. He asked only a few questions and was able to find exactly what we were looking for. We were given time to discuss our options alone whilst Pete went to make drinks for the children. I never once felt under pressure to make a purchase. We were given a delivery date of just over a week which was a pleasant surprise! Excellent customer service.

I took my mum as she’s 87 years old all the staff made her laugh joked with her think she felt like it was a day out because of her age n height they just made her feel at home cos she couldn’t get up from beds after she lay down so they didn’t embarrass her they just said well have a sleep n we will cover u up she loved the attention and they also carried a pillow round for her so Thku

When we entered the branch in Middlebrook, one of your colleagues, Pete, greeted us warmly and asked us about the product we need. To be honest, we just wanted to visit the store and check the products for evaluation and we didn't aim to buy at that time. But his friendly manner and the way he helped us was very enjoyable and satisfying how it led to the purchasing of 3 products. I think having such an employee is a valuable asset for a company. BTW, thank you that train your staff to be very polite, friendly and helpful.

My self and my partner were greeted as we walked in. We were asked if we would like a drink and if we had any questions just to ask. Its at this point my must say we were left alone as i dont like to be pushed. We then looked around and after some time we sough advice about the bed we liked along with the mattress. In the end we decided to purchase both as we were advised on the offers on had along with the pillows which we did take home which i must add are a revelation. The staff at bolton were very nice and Saff helped us out no end to ensure we were dealt with effectively and quickly with no push salesman ship tactics which i found quite refreshing. Overall we are very happy with the bed and mattress and must say the cover we also purchased is great value also.

Eve who help us with our purchases, we very polite and not pushy, when we first got there confused and unsure of what we wanted she went though the mattress and beds then left us to look round. We left the store but then returned after looking else where and Tony then put us in the machine that says what mattress is best for each individual after talking us though what it dose as Eve was with another customer. Once eve was Finished with the other customer she took over for Tony and went over the mattress again with us and showed us different beds to suit our needs. There was no pressure though out the Eve showed us different bed that’s we had not seen and eventually we picked the bed and mattress with Eve help. She was that good we went £1000 over budget 😃 but felt she had listened and shown us the best options for our needs. Very happy with the service for both the members of staff but Eve stood out as made us laugh feel at ease with no pressure she is a credit to the store

Overall I was impressed with the quality of the advice and service I was given.

The service in store was great ,offered a coffee which was nice ,good choice of product,price was good and delivery time just over a week .Just the service we wAnted.
