We were highly satisfied due to your assistant, Sam and his knowledge of the products we were interested in.

Anne was very friendly, not pushy and was able to meet our requirements that we wanted with the bed. She talked us through the whole process and answered any questions we asked, due to our circumstances she assured us that we were still able to place the order and make adjustments if required. Overall a very good experience for the first time visiting the store.

Ann the saleswoman was fantastic and knowledgeable, spent a lot of time with us discussing options and was very friendly and approachable and answered every question we had.

As a former retail store manager, I recognise how well they did they job: through customer service, product knowledge, and making sure the consumer journey was a happy one. The assistant knew her stuff. She took the time to find out what we wanted, wasn't at all pushy and made an excellent recommendation. Considering there are a large number of your competitors on the same retail park and we didn't bother even going to them says a lot for your sales person.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store in a friendly manner by Dawn (Bolton store at the Macron Stadium). Dawn was so helpful and assisted us in finding exactly the right mattress we were looking for to suit our needs. The technology used was amazing! A thoroughly speedy trip to buy what I thought would have taken us all day! Such friendly and helpful service, I cannot fault it. Will definitely shop at Dreams again.
