All our needs were met in one visit and the service was very friendly knowledgeable.

I went in just to have a nosey and Sam was the perfect sales person from start to finish, I was completely clueless what I was looking for and he guided me right through it, there was no pressure, he was very informative, relaxed and it made the experience quite a fun one. he showed me plenty of options but not so many that it become over whelming and had lots of patience with me. I'm a sales manager and I would definitely employ him!

Was greeted straight away, not pushy at all, gave us the facts and was straight to the point, gave good advice and options and did not push any one product

Lovely warm greeting when we walked in from the store manager. He found out what we wanted and offered the use of the sleep station to help us choose the best suited mattress for us both. He handed us over to Gemma who helped with our selection, she was very knowledgeable and really listened to our needs from a medical point of view and preferences, she made sure we were totally happy with our choice and made the whole process stress free. She made sure we were fully aware of delivery dates and gave us the option to choose one that suited us best.The whole experience was a good example of excellent customer service

Assistant Samuel was very helpful he helped me find the correct mattress that suited my profile from the machine and also a price that suited me.

I was very happy with Dreams the staff understood exactly which bed would be better for myself. I will certainly recommend Dreams to friends and family.

As soon as we arrived we were welcomed - but not hassled, and were offered drinks and assistance. We completed the sleep survey and lay on the mattress that tests you're needs. Gemma was really helpful and understood our concerns regarding being too warm and not liking memory foam (some places try and push you to memory foam but Gemma didnt)

We were greeted as soon as we walked in and asked if we wanted a drink, we were then left to browse freely.

We were welcomed by Pete at the door, offered a hot drink and then left to browse. When we were ready Pete took great care and attention to our needs and was more than helpful
