Sam was courteous and helpful. I haven't bought a bed for some years, so had no idea how much things had moved on. Sam guided me through the purchasing process and wasn't fazed when I didn't understand ans asked for something to be explained. The store was well set out and prices were clear. Good coffee as well.

We were greeted when arriving the store but were given the time to walk around and have a look for ourselves before someone came over and helped us wich was very helpful, we were asked about our needs and out wishes and got an explanation about the machine that calculates wich mattress is a good fit. We then got showed the different options for headboards we could choose for our chosen mattress and divan bed. Overall a very positive experience where we had enough advice and help but also got time to look around for ourselves and discuss the options

The young man that I spoke to when placing my order was very helpful and explained everything about my purchase and it's delivery. The delivery drivers were excellent, easy to deal with and very quick and professional. They did a great job of removing my old mattresses and the wrapping from the new ones. I would happily recommend Dreams to anyone.

Very impressed with the sleep match feature which tailored our needs. Store assistant Gemma was highly attentive and took time to explain different mattress types and suitability. Didn’t pressure us and allowed us to take time to discuss any concerns. Good product knowledge and relaxed environment contributed to an excellent experience.

Very friendly staff Lad who helped us was called sam, absolute credit to your company, he was very patient with us as and not at all pushy towards certain items, gave us recommendations on what him and other staff members personally use which I personally do at work so I find that very reassuring over all it was the staff that made it better for us
