This is our second purchase of a bed with Dreams and we didn`t go to our local Dreams in Preston we decided to travel to the one at Middlebrook, Horwich.We were greeted by Sam and right from the outset he was fantastic! We were offered a drink as we had a look around and he explained the various options that were in the showroom.He was very polite and non-pushy, and offered us an array of pillows to try whilst we led on the various beds which was great.We were even offered the sleepmatch bed which gives you an idea of the firmness of your mattress!! Overall a superb visit! 5*.

From the moment we walked in we were treated well, we were offered drinks, and offered any help we needed. I am very impressed with how the staff treated us as a valued customer and not just another sale. 2 members of staff spent quite a lot of time with us talking us through all the different mattresses (mainly tempur) as this is what we wanted, they explained to me the differences between them and helped us come to a decision on which would be best for us. I can't thank them enough for their time and help and I woud highly recommend this store to family and friends.

Wow, from walking in the store, we were greeted with hello, how are you today, if there is anything you I can do for you, don’t hesitate, can I offer you a drink ! my name is ,tony, we asked to look at firm mattress, Tony asked why, ? I said because we are 2 puddings, he stated we have a bed that basically looks at the way we sleep etc, so we went on this bed , wow, it traced our bodies, amazing technology. This help was immeasurable, I would recommend dreams to everyone.

When we entered the store the choice was rather overwhelming but Pete the assistant took us in hand and led us through the various options making the choice easy

3 Very good mattresses at very good prices and the staff were very competent and helpful

Pete was excellent and really knew his stuff, he was so professional and helpful and made us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Dreams to a friend 😊
