Sheraz was very helpful from the moment he spot us. He encouraged us to try different things and made great recommendations. We came out with the bed we wanted and he also found us a great mattress! We felt that he went out of his way to find us the correct deal and feel that we have had great value for money.

Greeted and asked straight away if we needed help. Knowledgeable staff friendly and helpful without being pushy.

He was first class in customer care, no pressure sales, very understanding to our needs, super helpful and knowledge of all the products and options was superb. Gemma who assist in my purchase was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all my questions with ease and made the experience a delight.

Staff were quick to help

We had no idea what we needed and Gemma came to us within only a few minutes of being in the store. She was not at all pushy and took time to understand our specific needs. She was polite, informed about the products, took as much time as we needed to explore what was required from our mattress. Very very good service where we were offered coffee too. I have a lower back problem which Gemma took time to understand my diagnosis and what this would mean for my purchase. I would totally recommend the store and Gemma to family and friends.
