Was greeted by Pete who was very friendly & helpful, very knowledgeable about the products & assisted us in our needs. Was highly satisfied with our visit which was made very comfortable without any pushiness to buy.

The shop assistant Pete was very knowledgeable & gave us important information & suggested we try the bed to test what mattress was best for us. Then guided us to the right mattresses & let us use the pillows & showed us different ones to beds to try

Gemma was so attentive to my needs and helped every step of the way.

We felt comfortable to look around at the various products without being pressured though we was offered assistance when walking into the shop. When we decided to ask for help Gemma couldn't advice enough her knowledge, politnese and customer care was excellent.

We needed to replace our existing mattress. On arrival we were warmly greeted by Pete who asked could he help us and offered us a drink. We explained our need for a new mattress. We thought we’d have to try lots of different mattresses to see which would be suitable for us both but the ‘Mattress Analyser’ did this for us. This was very impressive, efficient, stress free and didn’t take long. Pete gave us information on the different ways we could pay which was helpful to us. He was such a good help and we are now really looking forward to the delivery of our dream mattress a week today!

Pete who served us in the Bolton Middlebrook store Was so friendly and helpful, from the moment we looked in and until we walked out with our new pillows and bed ordered. Offered us a coffee which we took whilst we waited whilst the kids played hide and seek
