Visited your store at Middlebrook Bolton, Sam was so helpful, and very knowledgeable. I used sleepmatch, as I suffer with a bad back & we can not wait to receive our new bed & mattress. All of our questions were answered, and we left feeling that we had been listened to & we were not pressurised in anyway. 😁

The assistant Pete was very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our visit and spent a great deal more than anticipated!

Your colleague Eve was very quick to understand what we wanted and find us the best product at the very best price.

The assistance given by Eve was excellent. She had all the technical information we could need and listened to our questions and gave good advice. There was no hard sell so there didn`t feel pressured. The whole experience was good. As someone who has been in sales for decades the hard sell technique doesn`t work on me. The range of products was also good. It is very easy to be overwhelmed by too much choice.

We visited Dreams twice before making a decision and both times the customer service we received was fantastic, all the staff were very friendly and acknowledged we was in the store, we was put on a bed that gave a 3D image of ourselves to see which firmness of mattress would suit us, and we must have tried half a dozen beds or more the guys where really patient and went through the different types of mattresses that where suitable for us. Highly recommend Dreams if your considering a new bed or mattress
