Went in for bedside draws and came out with a bed and 4 sets if draws! Simply liked the bed and the furniture very much! The service we received was just as it should be, friendly, polite and knowledgable!

Staff member (Samuel) was very helpful and knowledgeable and considered every want and need in my search for a new bed

Your representative Sam provided outstanding service, nothing was too much trouble even though our requirements were quite varied and he spent time finding the best options for each of our needs, took us around the showroom to see/ test the options, time spent was not an issue for him, he was a pleasure to deal with.

The lady listened to our needs, we were looking at the basic range and she kindly pointed us in the direction of an ex display which was a much Better standard

Peter at Bolton middlebrook was fantastic. Found us the exact mattress we were after using the new sleep assessment machine and even gave price varied options. Engaged with our daughter to entertain her during our visit so we could focus on the job in hand.

Sam was very friendly he gave us a lovely welcome and let us browse without being pushy, Sam offered us a drink whilst he was processing our order. Sam showed us the sleep match machine which we used to find our perfect mattress, he then gave us pillows that would suit us to try out the mattress which we went on to buy along with the pillows.

When we arrived in store in Bolton, Pete was there immediately, me and my partner advised we were moving into our own place on the 11th and needed a bed for around that date, Pete was very helpful in finding the perfect bed frame and mattress and got the date we needed for delivery as well, he made us feel so welcome, offered us both drinks and had a general chat with us whilst we were ordering the bed.
