Sheraz was very helpful! Buying beds for growing kids and we were unsure what type of mattress to go for. The assessment tool he used confirmed what he had recommended and we have 2 happy boys.

We didn't feel pressurised during our visit. Gemma was really friendly and helpful and spent a lot of time listening to us and showing us a variety of mattress. We weren't rushed or steered towards any particular brand.

Clean bright store, Pete was helpful and personable with great product knowledge he helped me find what I was looking for in no time ! Offering me a drink while I contacted my husband was a nice touch , great choice and prices to match.

Sam was fantastic very attentive and made everything so much easier will definitely be returning

I came in to the Middlebrook store with intention of just looking for a mattress. I didn’t have the money with me to purchase anything as I just called in on a whim. Shiraz helped me and my friend to use the special mattress to determine what was best and guided me around the store to see what was available. He was extremely helpful. When I told him I didn’t have the ability to purchase that day he still remained happy and friendly. His customer service is 50% the reason why I came back and bought the mattress. The quality of the mattress made up the other 50%

The sales rep Safrar was very informative about the bed we purchased. He guided us to the correct needs due to my illnesses. Very friendly and the best thing there was no hard sell like I had to buy. I didn’t feel pressured at all. Very friendly staff
