Dreams - Middlebrook

I came in for a bed I saw online and visited a dreams store in Ashton before coming to middle brook. The Ashton store couldn't show me the bed as they said they had to send it back and only had 1 part of the bed to show me. I had my heart set on the bed and was very disappointed, I then was around shopping and went into the middlebrook on the off chance they might have it in store which they did. And Hawa the sales assistant was fantastic she was very friendly and had a great product knowledge as I explained ny current duvet isnt heavy enough I assumed it was to do with tog but she said it's to do with what the duvet is made from and suggested I get a silent night doze down duvet i think it was called. I tried it out that night and cannot thank her enough for the help and advice.

Tony the store manager at the bolton reebok retail store was very informative and very helpful, with us. He listened to what we needed, we also experienced the sleep master machine, to confirm what type of matress we required.

The young man in the store was so nice he made the experience easy and pleasant.

Eve the sales advisor welcome us with a happy positive smile and offered us drinks. She knew lots about the products and different quality/prices, we used the sleep match to find which is best for us. We bought a full bed and mattress with pillow and duvet. Happy customers

Pete was great. We had our 2 year old with us and he gave her some colouring and understood how important it was for us to choose the right mattress so didn't mind us walking back and forth between 2 different ones for about 20 minutes whilst we decided.
