Dreams - Middlebrook

We visited the store to find a bed for our pre-teen. To be honest we called into your competitor on the same retail park first as we have previously purchased from them however after the sales assistant did not acknowledge us - and by this I mean that he did not even raise his head or utter a simple hello - we came to Dreams. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a warm friendly hello. Once we had discussed what we were looking for we were offered a coffee and Gemma explained the differences in mattresses so competenly. My son was not heavy enough for the mattress analyser however this did not effect our service as gemma was able to ask us questions and offer three different mattresses for him to try. She was very accommodating by realising that my son was feeling uncomfortable lying on a bed in front of a stranger so allowed us some time on our own to discuss the options.

Very clean store, extremely friendly & approachable staff who spend their time in ensuring you are happy with you're choice of bed, was greeted by a lovely lady who spent her time making sure the comfort of the mattress was right for us & also the price would highly recommend dreams to family & friends.

Highly recommended, loved the technology involved with choosing our new mattress, had a laugh with Peter and his colleagues, he even made us a hot chocolate, the service of the staff was second to none a lovely experience.

The service received from Gemma made the whole process effortless the knowledge and range of alternative mattresses specific to our needs was very good

Just been to cinema at middlebrook, decided to nip for a Costa and while we were there nipped into dreams to check out a veg we had seen online to see what it was like ‘in the flesh’, we were greeted walking in and proceeded to look about, few minutes later a member of the sales team approached and offered assistance, we said we were just looking and mentioned the bed we were after, instantly he knew what we were talking about and was able to show us directly to it, (opposite side of the store to where we were looking) and it was in the colour we wanted, after seeing the bed we had made up our minds and didn’t need to try it as we only need the base and headboard as our mattress is already nearly new, we sat down with the salesman that was helping us and once we were happy, placed the order for us and even managed to get us a little discount. First time in dreams and we will definitely go back.

From start to finish we was given as much help as possible and fully explained what all the available options were based on the type of mattress/bed was best for us. The salesman had a lot of patience with us too as we were indecisive with the type of base to go with and the choices with head boards also! We ended up buying the perfect bed for us, at a very good price and a gift thrown in. Very happy with our new purchase and can’t wait for delivery!
