Pete was great. We had the full treatment with the sleep survey. Great stuff.

Came into store 6 weeks previous to purchase a luxury mattress and dealt with Samuel a friendly and very helpful young man.On returning to purchasing sought out Samuel who took time to be more than helpful in making our purchase, thankyou, Mr & mrs j nicholls (bolton)

It was a great experience. I hadn't really committed, in my mind, to spending almost a thousand pound however I left feeling like I'd got myself a great deal. Happy with the product, happy with the price and happy with the sales experience. The shop assistant was great, very knowledgeable and he put me at ease. Can't fault the experience at all.

Hate going in a shop and you are being followed round or they jump on you as soon as you go in Pete at Dreams, middlebrook has got it perfect!! Acknowledge us, but didn’t mither. Left us a little while then just said if you need any help Offered us a hot drink as it was a wet n cold day. Was a delight to interact with, knew his stuff. Made looking for a bed, quite entertaining.
