Excellent service from a very efficient young man

Sam at the bolton stire was very friendly and had excellent product knowledge

We were helped straight away and they didnt mind that we went and checked out another bed shop prior to a final decision.

The assistant, Eve, treated us as individuals and listened to what we wanted. We were initially analysed to determine the types of mattress to suit our bodies needs (Sleepmatch). Eve then showed us the full range of mattress identified by the analysis and we tried each one. Eve provided us with pillows and, at each mattress, explained the technicalities of the construction. Having tried each mattress we then had a short list. Further testing allowed us to make a final decision. Eve gave input when asked but did not try to influence our decision. The purchasing process was explained over a cup of coffee and was completed without any problem. Overall the whole sequence of selecting and purchasing went very smoothly. Validation code 140

Gemma at the Bolton site on the retail park, our sales person was fantastic. She approached us as we walked in the shop, then explained a few dryers and was able to show us the one we'd seen online. Product knowledge was great and it was nice to have a helpful rather than pushy sales person. We were highly encouraged to sit and lay on the beds to try them out. Gemma helped us choose a different bed to what we original went in to look at and we couldn't be any happier with our choice.

A lovely man called Sam advises us on mattress for my 89 year old mum. He was very informative and did a check on the computer for suitable ones. He chatted and took time. We had a laugh and a nice cup of coffee. He is a credit to your company.

Very helpful when looking for a mattress for my mother

Spent a long time with the store manager, Tony, who was very knowledgeable about the beds, different manufacturers and the composition of the mattresses. He happily took me from bed to bed for comparison and carried the pillow that I liked each time we moved.
