Sheraz was great and didn’t mither me but was there to answer my questions. He made that sale.

I’ll be honest, I don’t like the sales to be over the top, and pushed on me. I’d prefer to ask for help. However, Sheraz approached us, and was a pleasure to deal with. Absolute first class service, and an enjoyable customer experience.

Eve was absolutely brilliant with us, on the day we went to a few other best stores and found things at a cheaper price however it was Eve's service that sold it for us, my partner was blown away by how much time she spent with us

Our experience in the Middlebrook Dreams store was so much easier than we thought it would be with the help from Eve! She made it so much simpler and was very professional with her knowledge on all products which made us feel confident in buying. She put us the sleep match to help find the perfect mattress. Then we tried different styles of mattresses with our own pillow to help see how it would feel each night. We found the perfect bed frame which we have been looking for for months in different furniture shops, and it was now on offer for the perfect price for us! As we had chosen everything eve offered us a drink which was very well needed after all the decision making and mattress trying!! So we sat with a hot chocolate and coffee while Eve explained the finance plan and pillow/bedding offers! The whole experience was brilliant in Dreams from start to finish thanks to Eve, she really was brilliant and we have a good laugh along the way which is so important(so much better than the pushy sales person!) so thank you dreams!!! We are getting are new bed 1 day before we move into our new house, perfect! Great service!
