The sales assistant was excellent she assessed my needs then showed me what would be suitable for me. Excellent knowledge on beds, very welcoming and warm and personable.

Eve was outstanding. She knew exactly what we wanted and helped us for a good 2 hours without any pressure. If it was somebody else, we probably would have just been ‘looking’,

Bought a bed a few months ago and decided for our next purchase to just go to Dreams. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Within a short period of time we located the bed with the help of a member of staff listening to what was important to us. Then we were directed to the mattresses. We managed to buy everything we wanted. Took advantage of delivery and even managed to book a Saturday slot for a small fee. Special thanks to Gemma for looking after us.

The salesperson Gemma was extremely friendly, not pushy at all, and spent time with my husband and I, understanding our needs. My husband is deaf and she took time to ensure he understood what she was saying about the products, talking to both of us.

The assistant Gemma was amazing. Very patient, very friendly and very knowledgable. Despite me being very indecisive Gemma answered everything question and gave multiple options. A credit to the Dreams team.
