Dreams - Middlebrook

We used the technology, to find the type of mattress we were suited to, then we were shown different mattresses and invited to try them, we were given a drink and not pressured. We ended up spending double our budget but although we were shown cheaper alternatives we felt drawn to the one we eventually chose.

I accompanied my 91 year old Dad, to help him choose a mattress. From entering the store, until leaving, the customer service was excellent. The store assistant, Pete was amazing. After using the electronic assessment, he went through the options that was recommended. He was polite and friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. At no time did we feel rushed, or pressured into making a purchase. Pete is an asset to your company and a credit to himself.

The assistant who served me (Gemma) was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She found a range of suitable beds for me to choose from and was very patient whilst a deliberated for quite some time over two visits. I am very happy with the mattress I eventually chose.

We felt at bit overwhelmed as to where to start on entering the shop but our assistant Ben quickly came to our aid and explained how the shop was laid out and mattresses colour coded indicating whether sprung, memory foam or combination. He also asked about are existing mattress, how long we had had it and what we thought about it. He took us across to Flaxby by Harrison Spinks to start as he felt this would be a comparable choice with are existing bed. He also encouraged us to make use of technology and use the machine to indicate which mattresses would be best suited which we did.

The sales assistant (Eve) was very helpful; friendly, without being pushy; and knowledgeable about the products. We had been to other outlets before Dreams and found their salesperson ignorant of their product specifications. We cannot commend Eve highly enough.

Staff were polite and importantly, not too invasive. Saf assisted us on the day. He was attentive, listened to our particular needs, and advised appropriately. A pleasure to deal with.
