Salesman (Sam at Meadowbrook store, Bolton) was excellent in his product knowledge and took time to find out exactly what my requirements were and was most helpful. He was not a pushy salesman and gave us time to go and think about his offer, which we greatly appreciated. All told , we were very satisfied with dealing with Dreams and would do so again.

I was greeted with a smile and a "good morning" from all the staff. They didnt pounce on me and left me to have a look around. I had gone in to buy the same Matress for my daughter that I had previously bought for my son 3 years ago. The salesman Ben could see that when I started to look at the matress range I hadnt taken the name of the matress with me stupidly. Ben said "it's not a problem if you bought it from this store, I maybe able to track it back on the system." Great I said. He took me over to the sales desk, offered me a tea or coffee while he looked back through my previous 2 accounts with Dreams. He found the matress that I wanted on the system and showed me the exact replacement one in the showroom as it had been discontinued and offered me the chance to try it out. Ben let me know that he hadnt been working for Dreams for that long and he was still learning the new systems. It was only when I dug a bit deeper with him i found out how new he actually was. He was only on his 5th shift with the company. Ben makes your customers feel relaxed and he is highly professional with his customer service. Well done Ben. Great Job. Brett Heskin

staff were not pushy but were available to answer questions and offer advice. Additional extras like disposal of old mattress were clearly priced so you knew exactly what you would be charged

I was served by Gemma today, I've been assisted by her before and she was fab, I remembered that experience as soon as she greeted me. Gemma was quick to respond to my query, providing all the information I needed and showing me the relevant items to choose from. As Gemma sorted the transaction both she and her boss (didn't get his name) were really cheerful and friendly. They are great ambassadors for your company, I'll certainly be back and would recommend to anyone.

The staff were approachable and friendly. Greeted us, offered us a drink, helped us decide what we were after using sleepmatch. We bought a Tempur mattress and were given two Tempur pillows. We got to try all the recommended beds to help decide which one was comfortable.
