pete the shop assistance was very helpful he explained the different mattress and got me and my partner to lay on the bed which taylor makes the correct mattress to you while we were lay on the bed he offered us both hot drinks which was really nice.i would hope the manager from the shop will tell him how pleased we were with his help ,has far to often people dont get praised for there good work regards janette

As soon as we walked into the store the sales assistant was on hand to help but not pushy, he helped find the right mattress for us. We left very satisfied and felt like we had made the right choice. Couldn’t fault the service at all.

I don't tend to like being fussed by sales people. But the store is overwhelming with choice. In the end, the sales guy who approached me was excellent. Within about half hour I'd understood the options and ordered a mattress. This is my 2nd mattress purchase in c. 6 years from Dreams. No doubt I'll be back...

Pete looked after us and we didn't feel under pressure to purchase on the the day.
