Dreams - Middlebrook

After our initial contact with the store manager and our slightly weird personal assessment on the computerised mattresses we were looked after by Gemma. Not only was she extremely product knowledgeable, she demonstrated exactly the right approach of being very helpful without being pushy and was overall very professional. She had a very pleasant disposition and made the whole experience an enjoyable one. I consider going shopping for a mattress and feeling that you were getting what you required in less than 30 mins a perfect shopping trip, especially as I hate shopping at the best of times. We had a very nice cup of coffee as well.

Great welcome, no pressure but warm availability, warm drink offered during our visit, it was interesting using the sleep match system which actually confirmed our own preferences, and having a really comfortable pillow to try out beds and encouragement to actually spend time doing so was really good. Very satisfactory, no pressure, knowledgable sales advisor Sam, listened to what we wanted and sold us an ideal bed. We had planned this as a preliminary look round with other shops on our list but Sam inspired us with confidence in the store and we wanted to buy off him.

I was highly satisfied with my recent trip to Dreams as the team were very friendly and helpful. Sam explained everything to us fully and was able to answer any questions we had no matter how small. I was very impressed with the dream match and Sam explained the results thoroughly and made sure we bought the product that was best for us.

Got a decent mattress and it was quick

Peter the salesman was excellent, very polite, knowledgeable, no rush whatsoever, a credit to dreams.

Excellent customer service was bang on from Ben , saved us time and money by make a bundle that we required , offered us a drink and recommended to try the new service that recommends a mattress depending on your body and position , definitely recommended going in to see the team at middlebrook
