The team has been very nice and advised us on the best product. We were going to firm but the sleep match technology revealed we were wrong. We are satisfied of the price and the process. It was simple and quiet easy. I would recommend the brand and the store !

We were so pleasantly surprised with dreams Middlebrook. We came to the store the month before just to get some ideas, and we didn’t think we would be coming back when making a purchase as this is not our local dreams store, but we were so impressed with the service we received from Sam that we decided to travel the extra distance to make our purchase through him. On both occasions he was so friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I work in retail myself and think it’s so important to recognise when someone is good at their job and genuinely seems to care enough to put the effort in. He had great product knowledge, price awareness and listened to what I wanted. He recommended products we hadn’t even thought of - 8 year cover, extra pillows - so managed to get us with add on sales too! I left so happy with my purchase and really appreciative of the excellent customer service I received. Thanks Sam!

We were greeted by Pete in the Middlebrook store, he was very helpful with our choice of mattresses and even made us a cup of tea while we waited to be tested to see which mattress suited us best.

After our initial contact with the store manager and our slightly weird personal assessment on the computerised mattresses we were looked after by Gemma. Not only was she extremely product knowledgeable, she demonstrated exactly the right approach of being very helpful without being pushy and was overall very professional. She had a very pleasant disposition and made the whole experience an enjoyable one. I consider going shopping for a mattress and feeling that you were getting what you required in less than 30 mins a perfect shopping trip, especially as I hate shopping at the best of times. We had a very nice cup of coffee as well.
