I found what I wanted

I saw the bed online and phoned the store beforehand to make sure they had a model on display. Bed was purchased but the 'delivered within 10 days' was not honoured because they were very busy. Disappointed because i wanted my bed within 10 days, as promised. Now you have my money but i have to wait over 4 weeks for my bed. Not good enough.

Very Professional and Friendly

We entered Dreams knowing we wanted bedroom furniture, but didn't really know what we wanted. We spent time wandering aimlessly around the store, when Gemma asked if we needed help. She was great from that initially approach. She was friendly, patient and helped us understand what was best for our needs. She showed us various options and allowed us time to go away and have a think about what we wanted. Gemma took alot of the hassle out of our shopping trip. I just hope we have similar experience going forward when the furniture arrives and is fitted.

The assistant at the store acknowledged us in a friendly way but we didn’t feel pressurised in any way. Samuel at the middlebrook store was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, he left us alone from time to time so we could discuss our potential purchase, suggested using the analyser if we were struggling to decide which bed (which we did), in dave Samuel is probably the reason we purchased from Dreams and didn’t go anywhere else.

Sales assistant explained the differences in the products allowing us to select the best option. We were able to test mattresses in store.
