Staff was brilliant as my wife has chronic back pain and staff catered for her needs

I am highly satisfied with the quality of the products. The staff were very sympathetic to my needs and went out of their way to show me the products. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Staff were helpful, but not pushy. We had an idea of the products we were after and when ready a member of staff fulfilled our requirements. He answered our questions precisely and advised on the products we selected

We was treated lovely by all staff but especially Gemma, we only went to price up and get an idea of what we needed. Dreams was only the second store we visited and felt truly satisfied when we left to visit other shops. This then after visiting a few others we went back to Gemma who new exactly what we wanted and wasn’t trying to sell us everything but,

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.they just couldn't do enough for us. Pete and his colleague explained everything really well. They are very patient with us couple of pensioners. (Excellent coffee.) We got our last bed from dreams and that was 12 years ago. All in all very pleased.

Relaxed atmosphere. Not too pushy! Friendly staff.

Was impressed with the help from the store assistant (Saf) who was friendly and knowledgable about the type of mattress most suitable for my lower back pain.

We liked the choice and the young assistant called Gemma was very curtious, polite and helpful a credit to the company.
