the assistant was very helpful without being pushy and we felt encouraged and guided by her. We actually returned to the shopn to purchase the bed even though we could have saved a bhit by going to an online retailer

Sheraz was friendly, patient and extremely accommodating. He was not pushy with any sales tactics, and approached us with a friendly manner. I knew what I was looking for because I had seen it online, but he was able to advise.

Sheraz was very knowledgable and friendly. He gave us the chance to use the special bed to assess our needs and based on this, he steered us towards the perfect mattress. He gave us plenty of options on the base and discussed future orders with us as we will be ordering 2 more beds in a few weeks. He explained finance was available if required. All in all, fabulous service from him
