Absolutely delighted with the assistance we were given today in the Bolton store. Both Sam and Saf spent a great deal of time understanding our needs, and took time explaining the advantages and disadvantages of the various options to us.

Very helpful friendly staff, spent a lot of time with us on deciding which mattress will meet our needs.

i was highly satisfied because of Saf who served us was so friendly and explained all about the different mattresses/beds etc, Im pretty sure we would of gone to Bensons for beds just over the road for a price off them at least if it wasn't for him to tell you the truth!

Sam was great, understood our budget and needs and helped us choose the right mattress, and worked hard to get it as close to our budget as possible. The mattress machine was also very cool!

We return each time because the whole experience is unobtrusive , courteous , slick we get what we want and the staff are exceptional.

Pete was extremely knowledgeable about the different products and took time to listen to what we were looking for. He was not pushy in the slightest. An extremely good member of staff.
