Friendly, informative and efficient

Dawn was very friendly and helpful. Straight away my son had his mattress type determined. He tried a few different mattresses before deciding which he'd like. He knew which bed frame he wanted, having seen it online. However, Dawn did try to show him one which was very similar, but in the sale. Payment was straight forward, but the delivery date was a lot later than we'd hoped.

Was instantly greeted by Sam who was very helpful throughout helping us understand and choose which mattress and pillows were best suited us. Made bed shopping very easy!

We came to look at a specific bed we had seen in another store, yet it wasn’t on display at this one. The assistant Gemma was extremely helpful and got us a brochure so that we could had more options and find the one we wanted. She explained that they did used to have this particular one on display here but it had recently changed. Gemma was very engaging and friendly, talking about our children that are similar ages, and holidays. We actually left the store to look at some of the other stores for a short time and then came back. On the way back my son fell outside as he was so excited to be ordering his new bed, and he hurt his lip. After he calmed down he was fine and we went back into the store where Gemma offered us a cold wet towel.
