Sheraz at the middlebrook store was very helpful, offered us refreshments and showed us the mattress match machine. From the results of that he showed us which mattress would be best.

Whilst browsing the store we were ask for assistance and firstly refused but was not harassed which is what is very annoying sometimes. Gemma was excellent, very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly asking questions that seemed genuine not like a robot. I very pleasent experience.

Sheraz was helpful and knowledgeable, patient with my son whilst we tried mattresses Didn’t push too hard for a sale or follow me around! Great service and I look forward to receiving the mattresses I ordered

The assistance that was offered was of a high customer standard, we were talked through and explained about every available product all whilst not feeling like we were being forced to buy anything.

Sam was fabulous explained everything perfectly made getin my new bed easy and less stressful when shopin with my daughter who wanted to try every bed possible

Very friendly & the availability of the bed frame we wanted ( 6 to 8 weeks ) we marked as dissatisfied was no reflection on the colleague who served us
