Although the shop assistant was helpful he was not over bearing like the staff member was in the shop we first went in a few doors down. I was interested in a bed at the first shop but the salesman put me off he was following me around constantly I ended up leaving as I didn’t feel comfortable trying out the beds as he was hovering too much. Perfect service from your store.

Tony was brilliant, very knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. Tony was also great with our son keeping him busy too. Saf introduced us and recommended we try the sleep machine (to help recommend appropriate matresses for us) Tony then used his expertise and talked us through each of them Very professional yet personable too. Very happy with the level of service and helping us make the right decision on which matress to buy.
