Dawn demonstrated the experience bed to assess our needs and then proceeded to recommend beds based upon that feedback. She explained the differences between various beds and the costs of removal of old mattress and possibility of insurance. We visited a couple of other shops that day to compare but returned to the Dreams shop to complete our purchase as the comparable prices were much better....and the bed is UK made!
