It was brilliant service all round. Prior to coming into the store I called to ask about products. Tony, the manager, was excellent at understanding my needs and recommending a more appropriate product for my needs. When I came to the store, I was impressed with the set up for cleanliness. Sanitisers, masks, and even bottles of water were available for customers on entry. Dawn, the sales rep, approached me with respect in terms of social distancing and even asked if I would like her to wear gloves etc. Dawn was quick to recognise my needs and checked to see what was in stock. Dawn was quick with all requests and provided everything I needed. Dawn was friendly and attentive. Only improvements I could suggest would be a clear one-way system to support customer social distancing. Also, Dawn was unaware of current offers available online to customers. I enquired and managed decided to buy a duvet, duvet topper, and pillows on top of the mattress I came in for. Sales that would have been missed if I hadn't asked about any offers. However, I know it was Dawn's first day back to work and would not have been aware of current offers.

Saf was helpful and friendly from the moment we walked into the store. They had a range of PPE for customers, we were directed to the section that we required and were left to explore for a while, then when Saf came over he was very knowledgeable and helpful. We weren’t made to feel rushed and the sale went through quickly
