There was no pressure to buy. I went on the sleepmatch then a staff member took me round to all the beds it recommended. They were friendly and took the time to listen to my needs.

The bed quality and range of products was excellent.We used the system in store to identify type of mattress we needed - it was brilliant. staff in store were extremely helpful and knowledgeable . Very happy with in-store experience.

Anne was warm and welcoming, offering help and expertise, without being too over whelming. Anne understood exactly what we wanted and as well as being professional, she made our shopping experience fun and enjoyable. Dreams at middle brook had a wide range of mattresses and we found exactly what we were looking for with the help of Anne. When purchasing we were offered a bottle of water each which was really refreshing. Also, delivery times seemed quicker than other shops previously visited.
