Pete who served us at the Bolton, Middlebrook store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, working with us to make sure we got the right mattress, topper and pillows for our needs - he made sure that we felt understood and appreciated as customers - excellent customer service throughout our visit to purchase and a previous visit where our daughter also purchased a mattress.

Sam was very helpful, listened to exactly what we were looking for and helped us to choose the right items. Every step of the process he explained everything and took his time even more so when I explained that I am partial deaf and that my daughter would have to tell me what he said. He took this on board spoke clearly and made sure that I heard him a big thank you for this. Very good customer service all around from when we walked in to the store to when we left.
