I was very impressed with Dawn at the Bolton branch. Her knowledge and customer service was perfect. I was also impressed with the time scale of the delivery of the product. All the staff were very helpful and the Covid 19 procedures and the distribution of mask and hand sanitizers excellent. The 2 meter distancing was clearly explained and the plastic shields to protect us was good when purchasing. Well done to Dream Team :)

As we walked into your store we was greeted very quickly. Due to good listening skills we was shown very quickly to the bed and mattress we required in quite a short period of time after looking at few ranges of what we require. Eve your sales lady made us feel very welcome and her attitude and techniques was excellent. Her positive attitude and social skills was just brilliant. She promoted your company very well. Because of how we was dealt with we did not bother looking anywhere else.
