Overall the experience was at a high standard. Hawa Your employee was a very Kind and understanding member of staff. If every member of staff throughout the retail business was like Hawa then thee would be no issues selling your product. This is the second time I have purchased a bed from dreams, the standard of bed and price was a huge factor in returning. Very confident in the brand,this also includes the great quality and build of my previous bed.

Pete was very helpful from the start showing us the bedframe we phoned and spoke about earlier in the day. He then went through our options showing us the bed machine to test the best bed for us to sleep on. We looked at all the matresses the bed machine picked out for us and chose the best on for us. Pete showed us the different options we could do with payment options and including the guarantees for the frame and mattress. He was very helpful and we would go again to buy our mattresses for the spare bedrooms.
