We were assisted by Dawn who was knowledgeable but without being pushy. She was there to answer questions but also gave us time on our own. We were choosing a mattress for my Daughter who has autism and is very aware of the risks of Covid 19. Dawn gave her a pillow in a cover that she could use to try on the beds and made her straight away feel at ease to try out the mattresses.

Due to the current pandemic we were highly reassured with all the covid-19 procedures in place we had our own pillows so we could still try out the mattresses, hand sanitisers which was located in the front of the store and at the desks, bottles of water provided and 2 meter signs positioned across the store. The sales assistant that helped us, Dawn was friendly and approachabke not your typical sales staff it was very refreshing.
