Gemma at the Bolton store helped us choose the right mattress for us. She shown us the sleepmatch technology which is amazing as we wasn’t really sure which type of mattress we needed, Gemma was lovely, really helpful and full of information. She explained the care package to us too which I think is well worth the money and I think free delivery to the room of choice is great too. Overall really happy with the service and our choice of mattress. Can’t wait for it to be delivered.

Pete was very polite and offered us piece of mind and safety offering paper covers, sanitizer and pillow protectors on our arrival in store. We were placed on the sleep match machine to help aid the correct purchase. He then lead us to the recommended mattresses in the store. He gave lots of information and choice of each one,he kept in mind our price range and time to relax and chat about each one. Pete seemed very knowledgeable of the products in your store. He also gave us space to talk with each other about making a decision. He was so patient. We actually didn't expect to have purchased such a high specification mattress and highly priced,but this was the best fit for our needs. I will highly recommend your store and your products to friends and relatives. Thank you and can't wait for my delivery.
