Sam at the middle brook dream store was excellent, he greated us on entry, offered us complimentary drinks helped with the sleep match solution and found us our perfect bed. He explained every product in great detail gamd gaveus time when required to make the decision. Outstanding service.

We were introduced upon arrival by Dawn, she was so kind and polite which made our visit more pleasant. She was so helpful in helping me and my partner find the right bed for us, and showed us all of the different types of mattresses that Dreams had to offer, to ensure we were satisfied with the one we had chosen - her knowledge is exceptional! Also, the store is a lot more presentable than other shops up at the Middlebrook, and the control measures in place were fantastic, whilst being abided by all. (I work in Health and Safety, and there are few stores that I have visited during the lockdown that live up to the reality at Dreams).

We were served by Pete who was friendly, attentive, had excellent product knowledge assisting us as we wanted just a mattress for our holiday cottage and we had an excellent memory foam/springs bed bought from yourselves 3 years ago. He made us feel very safe, asked uys if we wanted him to wear a mask, he was polite, cheery and very welcoming asking us if we wanted a coffee. We were very impressed with his customer service and his extensive product knowledge. Well DOne Dreams he was awesome. We will return again.

The product knowledge of the staff was excellent , we came away with a greater understanding of the products available, the staff helped us come to the right decision. The choice of product and the permutation was extensive.
