Fantasic customer service, they was patient while we chose our mattress and helped us understand the differences between the ones we tested. Quality of product is superb and will return again if we need another mattress in the future.

Greeted by hand sanitiser station on arrival in the store - good idea and nice to see it, however you may need to look at the consistancy of the product being used at its extremely runny and seems to be creating over spill on the sanitiser station itself. Dawn was our store representative, she was very patient and listened to all our concerns and repeatedly went to get additional pricing information and delivery dates when we kept changing our minds. She showed us around the store and kept social distancing through out. Only concern is that on order placing, there is not adequate spacing between each desk, so when other customers were sat at the other desks we could be under 2 metres from them, in addition, surprised to see only one screen on one desk so only one colleague was protected from customers breathing on them or visa versa.
