I made a visit at the middlebrook retail shop in Bolton. I initially felt the store was dated and didn't feel as plush as the other surrounding stores. However, your products were what i was ultimately interested in. Your products were good and i found a few beds i was interested in. The sales assistant was very good and gave us the information we required quickly. He was very helpful and we bought the bed of our dreams at a price we were expecting. The interest free finance option was the reason we bought a bed from yourselves and not a cheaper one from IKEA.

Staff were knowledgeable, courteous and sympathetic to our needs. Most importantly they were NOT pushy!!

The new safety measurements were all in place on arrival and everything was explained in a friendly and polite manner. We were given the right amount of attention and when we wanted to check certain details someone was available straight away to help. All staff were very smiley and was a pleasant experience overall.
